Q: How do I sign up to be a BMAC Dealer?
A: Dealers should call our Marketing Department at 888-234-0416. We will arrange to have a Dealer Account Manager in your area stop by to answer any of your questions. Your Dealer Account Manager will help you through the rest of our easy sign-up process.You may also click here to apply online.
Q: I see on the Internet that my deal is approved, when can I expect to receive my funds?
A: Once a deal is approved on the Internet, the contract is handed to Accounting for processing. If you receive physical checks, expect your check to arrive 2 to 3 business days after the deal is approved on the Internet. If you wish to receive your funds faster, you may sign up for ACH (direct deposit) directly to your corporate checking account. ACH transfers are sent the day after a deal is approved on the Internet (pending any holds). Contact your Dealer Account Manager if you would like to set up with ACH direct deposit.
Q: Who should I call if I can’t get a hold of my Dealer Account Manager?
A: You may call the Marketing Department at 888-234-0416. Business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
Q: I need to fax something to the home office, what number should I fax to?
A: Faxes should be sent to 954-744-5831. Please be sure to clearly write the name of your dealership, the Account number  and name of your Dealer Account Manager on your fax.
Q: I have a customer who needs customer service or who has a question about their account, who should I refer them to?
A: For fastest response, customers should be directed to the Customer Web portal where most questions such as recent payments, loan balances etc can be viewed in real time.
